Our laundry plans are all-inclusive. No additional fees for special detergents or special requests. We follow your preferences, tailored to your needs, for the same price. (Please review our FAQ for more details.)

Very high volume business customers may contact us either by phone or using the contact form on the business customer page of our website to discuss customized rates. B&B and vacation rental owners who are regular customers and have a significant amount of blankets and comforters upon each turnover can also contact us to discuss customized pricing.

Minimum Order Size

We provide free pick-up and delivery. But, we do have a minimum order charge, which is slightly larger further away from our home base. If the total dollar amount of your order is less than the minimum charge, the cost of service for that day will be the minimum charge.

Please note the following minimum charges.

• $35 minimum charge in most of Marin County
• $40 minimum charge for Fairfax
• $50 minimum charge in Tennessee Valley and remote Mill Valley locations
• $50 minimum charge in Woodacre, San Geronimo, and West Marin
• $35 minimum charge in Sonoma County, Berkeley, Alameda, and Oakland
• $40 minimum charge in Napa County
• $50 minimum charge in Windsor (plus $10 delivery charge).

Special Care Items

When you become a customer, you will receive two bags: a blue one and a white one. Please place special care items in our white, mesh bags for special care items. We will dry these items partly on a low temperature setting or not dry them, depending on the instructions on each item.

Regularly scheduled bi-weekly customers receive the weekly price. You will receive an option to select the starting week and skipped week when scheduling your first pickup.
