Simply sign up online and schedule a pickup date. Choose your laundry preferences and Marin Wash and Fold will take care of the rest. We’ll wash and dry your laundry exactly how you do it at home and deliver it neatly folded to your door. You can also provide special instructions on where our team members should leave it securely, so you don’t have to be home.
As of August, 2018, we are making life easier in most all of Marin County. We are committed to making the lives of our neighbors and community members in the rest of the North Bay and nearby areas of the East Bay easier too … and quickly.
Delivery Times
We currently complete and return laundry to most Marin residents within approximately 48 hours (i.e. second business day). If we complete your laundry faster, we will return it the next business day.
If next day delivery is an absolute requirement, please don’t miss the opportunity to let us work for you. Contact us and we may be able to make special arrangements. For residents in the areas we will soon be serving in far West Marin and in Sonoma, Napa, Berkeley, Alameda, and soon also some areas in Oakland, we return laundry within approximately 72 hours (third business day).
Please anticipate that Laundry picked up on a Friday may be returned on a Tuesday.

A special note to more remote customers.
Our software enables the immediate sign up of customers based on zip codes for the towns and cities we currently serve. However, there may be some homes (even in these areas) on steep hillsides or narrow winding roads that we may not serve. (A typical example might be some of the houses just South of Mill Valley on roads that may require a van to back up to navigate oncoming traffic.). We make these subjective decisions in order to protect the long term safety of our team members and vehicles.
If you live off a road that might be difficult to get to and want to verify beforehand that we will serve your specific home, please call or email us before scheduling your first pickup. Our customer satisfaction team members will discuss your specific address with our owners.
[We are pleased to say that when you call or email is, you will be dealing with Customer Satisfaction Team Members based here in the U.S. But, they do not live in the North Bay. They will check with our owners, who have lived in the North Bay for 25 years.]
